FAIRVUE FARMS

The Fairview Farms project is a complete transformation of the first floor, centered around an expansive kitchen renovation. By moving walls, we opened up the space to create a brighter, more functional layout, featuring a larger island, all-new appliances, and custom cabinetry with built-ins for a modernized pantry. The powder bath was relocated and reimagined with bold statement design, while the laundry room received updated flooring and a custom drop zone with tailored built-ins for seamless organization. A new gas fireplace with a custom cast concrete surround will replace the old fireplace, bringing a sleek yet cozy focal point to the living space.
