At our design studio, the excitement of transforming spaces often comes with the anticipation of seeing the finished product. Yet, the journey from concept to completion is a labor of love, often taking months or even years. Today, we're offering you an exclusive sneak peek into just five of our Interior Design projects in progress, each with its unique story and vision and at different stages. We will be highlighting more projects in a future post.
Project #1: Aaron Rd. Remodel
Scheduled for completion this summer, the Aaron Rd. Remodel in Bowling Green, KY has been a meticulous endeavor. From converting a modest laundry room into a spacious haven to adding a sprawling addition complete with a luxurious en-suite and outdoor entertaining area, every detail has been carefully crafted to enhance functionality and style.
Here's a look at the laundry room mudroom renovation. We converted the existing laundry room into the mudroom with a new built in drop zone, new floors and lighting. We also converted the current Primary bathroom into the new laundry room with beautiful and functional new cabinetry, new flooring, and a utility sink and new countertops.
Project #2: Woodburn Cottage Estates
Nestled in Alvaton, KY, our Woodburn Cottage Estates project embodies modern Tudor elegance. As we wrap up the exterior planning, the renderings hint at the exquisite blend of tradition and contemporary design awaiting within its walls. In the next couple of weeks we will be be further building out the interior spaces for plumbing and electrical rough ins and starting to invision each room and the personality within each space.
Project #3: Boyce Fairview Ranch
Designed with an eye towards the future, Boyce Fairview Ranch is not just a home built to spend time with family and especially young grand children but it is also a design plan tailored to accommodate aging in place for a retired couple in Alvaton, KY. The home is in the early planning stages but already we are working through all of the material selections; everything from the flooring throughout all three floors, the countertops and tile in the kitchens and bathrooms, the cabinet styles, colors, and hardware, the built ins and the fireplace. We are even planning furniture layouts in order to place electrical outlets in the floors.
Project #4: Cumberland Ridge
For a family embarking on a new chapter, moving to Bowling Green, KY, Cumberland Ridge presents an opportunity to infuse personal touches into their home. From the early stages of conceptualization, we're envisioning a space that reflects their unique lifestyle and aspirations. Looking at the before photo below you can see why we are excited to bring our clients style to this beautiful home. You will see we have just started the preliminary conceptual phase where we establish the overall mood of the home, create the floorplan for furniture layouts, and establish an investment plan for each room. We will be sharing more of the renderings and new concepts in upcoming blogs and on our social media channels.
Project #5: McClintock Ct Kitchen Remodel
With summer on the horizon, McClintock Ct is gearing up for a vibrant transformation. Upgrading to state-of-the-art appliances and incorporating bold accents, this kitchen remodel promises to be the centerpiece of the family's July 4th celebrations. This kitchen is in the conceptual phase as we collect vendor quotes and start to design this fabulous new kitchen for our clients to entertain in. The rendering below shows the new layout and ideas for this remodel. This project is being completed fully "in house" by our own contracting team as well so we will definitely be taking your behind the scenes of this project soon.

At Zimmerman Interiors, we have proven processes that make the design and remodeling process so much easier on you. Our process is very engaged with you and so as a result we do limit the number of large scale remodeling projects per year.
